Methodology
Model assumptions & sources
Model assumptions & sources. ClearJet volume: live Omni AWB data, Jun 10 2026 (101 AWBs / 110,484 lbs across 28 lanes). Per-flight usable belly: narrowbody ≈ 3,000 lbs, widebody ≈ 10,000 lbs (ClearJet operating assumption). Daily domestic departures by airline, airport, and lane are modeled estimates from public schedule data (FAA Air Traffic by the Numbers: 45,000+ flights handled daily; airline published schedules; Cirium/FlightAware schedule aggregates). Cargo-carrier daily US lift modeled from public fleet and network data (Amazon Air ~200-250 daily flights; FedEx Express and UPS Airlines fleet payloads). Figures are directional planning estimates, not contracted capacity. Even under the most conservative selection, ClearJet's share of available capacity remains below 1%.
